Asparagus spears topped with butter and dusted with Parmesan cheese, lightly grilled
 

Penne allo Sfizio
Pasta tubes tossed with Italian cooked ham, chestnut mushrooms and peas, finished with a touch of cream and Parmesan cheese
 

Insalata Tricolore
Slices of vine tomato, mozzarella cheese and avocado, sprinkled with oregano and drizzled with fresh basil oil. Garnished with rocket leaves

 

Main Course

Maiale al Forno
Loin of pork marinated in white wine, white wine vinegar, tabasco, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce and garlic. Roasted in the oven and thinly sliced, finished with pan jus. Served with sautéed potatoes and broccoli florets
 

Orata
Fillets of sea bream pan fried with cherry tomatoes, anchovies, olives, capers, garlic and lemon juice. Served on bed of courgette ribbons, rocket leaves, mint, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Accompanied with roasted new potatoes
 

Pollo
Supreme of corn fed chicken pan-roasted and served with a wholegrain mustard, honey, lemon juice and butter sauce. Served with sautéed potatoes and broccoli florets
 

Parmigiana Melanzane
Layers of aubergines, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese with Chef’s rich tomato sauce infused with oregano, baked in the oven and finished with fresh basil oil. Served with polenta fries
 

Marinara
Spaghetti tossed with pan fried baby clams, prawns, mussels, squid, garlic and onions in a rich tomato sauce
