Penne con Salsicce
Spicy Italian sausage tossed with pasta tubes in Chef’s rich tomato sauce, finished with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese

Pate di Fegatini
Made in house by our Chefs, chicken liver pate served with our own caramelized red onion and pancetta chutney and char-grilled Pugliese bread

Pomodoro Ripieno
Vine tomato stuffed with roasted peppers and red onions, topped with a slice of goat’s cheese and baked in the oven. Garnished with rocket leaves and drizzled with chef’s own pesto sauce

Sardines

Sardines topped with a herb crust and pan fried, served with salad leaves and a wedge of lemon

Involtini di Mozzarella
Wedges of Mozzarella wrapped in Parma ham, lightly grilled, garnished with rocket leaves and drizzled with Chef’s own sun-dried tomato pesto

Mains

Maiale al Forno
Pork loin stuffed with chorizo, Bramley apple, thyme and whole grain mustard, slowly braised in the oven and drizzled with balsamic reduction. Served with vegetables of the day

Fritto Misto
Selection of mixed fish (sea bass, salmon, squid and sardines), dusted in flour and deep fried. Served with fried courgettes and cubetti potatoes with Chef’s own tartar sauce on the side

Pollo Capriciosa
Corn-fed breast of chicken pan-fried with onions, peppers and mushrooms in a white wine sauce and served with sautéed potatoes and vegetables of the day

Lasagne Vegetariano
Traditional Italian vegetarian lasagne

Stufato di Manzo
Chuck of beef slow-cooked with onions, carrots, celery, turnips and herbs in red wine. Served on a bed of creamed mash

Desserts

Tiramisu
Sponge fingers soaked in espresso coffee and rum, topped with a layer of zabaglione, fresh cream and mascarpone cream cheese and finished with a dusting of cocoa powder
