INSALATA DI ANITRA AFFUMICATO - Slices of cold smoked duck served with orange segments and finely sliced red onion on a bed of salad leaves, finished with a drizzling of honey, orange and Dijon mustard dressing
ZUPPA DI POMODORO - Made by the Chef, fresh tomato and thyme soup, finished with garlic croutons and a swirl of fresh cream
SALSICCE ALL’ITALIANA - Pieces of fresh Italian sausage pan fried with cannellini beans, roasted peppers, onions and garlic in a touch of olive oil and served with slices of ciabatta bread
FUNGHO RIPIENO – Flat mushroom topped with caramelized red onions and Goat’s cheese, baked in the oven, garnished with salad leaves and drizzled with a balsamic reduction
CALAMARI CON CHORIZO – Fresh squid pan-fried with chorizo and green lentils in a touch of olive oil and butter, garnished with rocket leaves and a wedge of lemon

LOMBATA DI MAIALE - Loin of pork pan-fried and served on a bed of cannellini beans, roasted peppers, onions and chilli in a touch of tomato sauce. Accompanied with buttered carrots and rosemary and garlic infused cubetti potatoes
FILETTO DI BRANZINO - Fillets of Sea Bass pan-fried with onions, garlic, cherry tomatoes and crayfish tails in a white wine and cream sauce. Served with steamed broccoli florets and rosemary and garlic infused cubetti potatoes
POLLO AL GUSTAIO - Breast of chicken topped with Parma Ham and Scamorza cheese (smoked Italian cheese) and baked in the oven. Served with a white wine and demi-glace sauce, steamed broccoli florets and rosemary and garlic infused cubetti potatoes
SFOGLIATA CAPRESE – Puff pastry topped with sliced fresh vine tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, red onions and oregano, dusted with Parmesan cheese and baked in the oven. Finished with Chef’s own pesto sauce and served with a mixed salad and chips
SPAGHETTI MARINARA - Spaghetti tossed with clams, mussels in the shell, fresh water prawns, squid, king prawns, garlic and chilli in a touch of lemon juice and butter
TACCHINO NATALE - Crown of turkey sliced and served with mini sausages wrapped in bacon and homemade stuffing with fresh seasonal vegetables and potatoes (only available for pre-order of 8 or more)
