Salsice con Pepperoni
 Tuscan sausage pan-fried with roasted mixed peppers and red onion. Garnished with rocket leaves and a drizzle of olive oil 
  
Insalata Capriciosa
 Mixed salad leaves tossed with grilled artichokes, mozzarella pieces, semi-dried cherry tomatoes and avocado. Drizzled with a balsamic reduction
  
Sardines
 Whole sardines pan-fried with olives, capers and pine nuts. Finished with lemon juice and butter 
  
Involtini con Prosciutto Cotto
 Mozzarella wedges wrapped in Italian ham and lightly grilled. Finished with sun-dried tomato pesto and garnished with rocket leaves
  
Timballo con Granchio
 Tower of crab meat mixed in a lemon mayonnaise with avocado. Garnished with mixed salad leaves
  
Penne al Sfizio
 Pasta tubes tossed with pan-fried mushrooms, pancetta pieces and sautéed white onions. Finished with butter, Parmesan cheese and cream

Costata al Griglia 
 Rib-eye steak char-grilled and served with sautéed chestnut mushrooms, grilled vine tomatoes and a Senape Italian mustard, mayonnaise and tarragon dip. Served with sautéed potatoes
  
Pescespada
 Swordfish loin pan-fried with red onions and sweet mixed peppers. Served with cubetti potatoes and rocket leaves
  
Pollo Supremo
 Corn fed chicken supreme pan-roasted and served with on a bed of cubetti potatoes, cherry tomatoes, olives, grilled artichokes, red onion, garlic and Rosemary
  
Spaghetti Marinara
 Spaghetti tossed with pan-fried baby clams, prawns, mussels in the shell, squid, garlic and onions in our rich tomato sauce
  
Maiale Sorrentino 
 Pork fillet medallions pan-fried, topped with a slice of vine tomato, mozzarella and finished with a white wine sauce. Served with sautéed potatoes and green beans
  
Cannelloni 
 Large pasta tubes filled with spinach, ricotta and Parmesan cheese, topped with Bechamel and tomato sauce, dusted with Parmesan cheese and baked in the oven
