Starters

Calamari con Chorizo
Calamari pan-fried with onions, garlic, chorizo and cannellini beans in a touch of butter

Involtini di Prosciutto
Mozzarella wedges wrapped in Parma ham, baked in the oven, garnished with rocket leaves and drizzled with chef’s own sun dried tomato pesto

Sauté di Cozze
Fresh mussels cooked in their own juices with a splash of white wine and lemon juice and a touch of garlic and chilli

Pera Alvino Rosso
Pear poached in red wine, halved and topped with goats’ cheese, lightly grilled, garnished with water cress and walnuts and drizzled with a balsamic reduction

Asparagi Parmigiana
Fresh asparagus topped with butter and Parmesan cheese and lightly grilled

Anitra Affumicato
Slices of smoked duck on a bed of salad leaves, tossed with orange segments and drizzled with a honey, orange and mustard dressing

Main Course

Razza dello Chef
Skate wing, filleted and pan-fried with Parma ham, radicchio, capers and lemon juice in a touch of butter

Carre Di Maiale
Pork loin marinated in olive oil, white wine vinegar, garlic, paprika, Worcester sauce and Tabasco and slow-roasted

Parmigiana di Melanzane
Slices of aubergine in bread crumbs, deep fried, topped with mozzarella, basil and chef’s own tomato sauce, dusted with parmesan and baked in the oven

Spaghetti Marinara
Spaghetti tossed with baby clams, prawns, mussels in the shell, squid, garlic and onions in Chef’s own rich tomato sauce

Cervo
Venison steak marinated in olive oil, garlic and thyme and pan-roasted with juniper berries in a Madeira wine sauce

Petto di Pollo con Fungi                             
Breast of corn fed chicken, pan-fried with wild mushrooms in a touch of butter and stock and finished with a drizzle of truffle oil

Medaglione di Manzo alla Diavola                             
Medallions of fillet of beef, pan-fried with chilli and garlic in a red wine and demi-glace sauce

All Mains will be served with fondante potatoes, cauliflower cheese, green beans and baby carrots
